AUZ Studio Refund Policy

AUZ Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for digital services purchased from AUZ Studio.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests for digital services must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Digital services are considered non-tangible and non-returnable once access, download, or delivery has started. Refunds may only be considered in cases of:
Technical issues preventing access to the service that AUZ Studio is unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
Service not delivered as described in the agreement or purchase order.
Duplicate or accidental purchases.
2. How to Request a Refund

Order number or invoice
Service name and description
Reason for the refund request
All requests will be reviewed within 2 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via WhatsApp or email.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued for:
Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
Partial completion of services where the client requested modifications or additions after delivery.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to a technical issue or service defect.
Access to online services or memberships that have been partially or fully consumed.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Payments via Credit / Debit Card: Refunds are processed in accordance with the payment gateway provider’s processing time.
Payments via PayPal: Refunds are processed in accordance with the PayPal’s internal processing timelines.
Payments via Bank Transfer or Check: Refunds are processed in accordance with the Bank’s internal processing timelines (transfer fees borne by the client).
Other payment methods: Refunds are processed in accordance with the payment method provider’s processing time.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Additional Notes
AUZ Studio reserves the right to deny refund requests if service delivery was as agreed or if sufficient evidence of a technical/service issue is not provided.
This Refund Policy is part of the AUZ Studio Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing digital services from AUZ Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
