Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how project cancellations are handled.

Cancellation Request

Clients may request cancellation by contacting AUZ Studio in writing with the project name, reason for cancellation, and current project status.

Work Already Started

If work has already started, completed work, planning, design drafts, development time, third-party costs, and administrative effort may be deducted from any eligible balance.

Ongoing Services

Ongoing care plans, maintenance plans, hosting support, or marketing services may require advance notice before cancellation depending on the agreed service arrangement.

Final Handover

If applicable, final files or completed deliverables may be handed over after outstanding payments and cancellation terms are settled.
