Terms and Policies
These Terms of Service explain how AUZ Studio provides design, development, hosting, maintenance, marketing, and support services to clients.
By requesting, purchasing, approving, or using any AUZ Studio service, you agree to these terms. AUZ Studio provides professional digital services including logo design, brand design, business card design, letterhead design, brochure design, flyer design, poster design, presentation design, website design, social media design, business website development, WordPress development, e-commerce development, learning management system development, landing pages, custom website development, hosting setup, domain setup, SSL setup, business email setup, website migration, server management, website updates, backup management, security monitoring, bug fixing, speed optimisation, SEO, GEO, Google Business Profile support, content marketing, social media marketing, paid ads, lead generation, and technical support.
Each project is based on the selected package, custom quotation, written requirements, agreed timeline, and approved deliverables. The final scope may include files, designs, website pages, code, hosting configuration, marketing setup, content, reports, or support tasks depending on the service ordered. Any feature, page, integration, revision, or task not included in the agreed scope may require a separate quote, additional payment, and revised delivery timeline.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, business details, hosting or domain access, website credentials, images, copy, product details, payment gateway details, legal text, and feedback when required. Delays in providing information, access, approval, or feedback may extend the delivery timeline. The client confirms that all supplied materials are owned by the client or authorised for use.
Revisions are handled according to the selected package or written agreement. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the agreed work; it does not mean a complete new concept, new website structure, new brand direction, new service, or additional functionality unless agreed separately. Once a design, page, feature, delivery, or milestone is approved, later changes may be charged separately. Revision requests should clearly explain what must be changed or edited.
Work may begin after payment, deposit, checkout confirmation, or written approval of a custom offer, depending on the service arrangement. Prices are shown in the agreed currency or package amount. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, themes, plugins, email services, premium tools, stock assets, payment gateway fees, advertising spend, or external software are not included unless specifically stated.
Deliveries may be submitted through the client dashboard, email, shared drive link, website link, or another agreed channel. The client should review delivered work and either approve it or request a revision within the stated review period. If the client does not respond within the review period, AUZ Studio may treat the delivery as accepted and mark the order as completed. Completed projects may be archived in the dashboard.
For hosting, domain, SSL, migration, business email, WordPress, LMS, e-commerce, analytics, payment gateway, marketing, or server-related services, AUZ Studio may require access to third-party platforms. AUZ Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspension, pricing changes, limitations, data loss, deliverability issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. Clients should keep ownership of their domain, hosting, and key accounts wherever possible.
SEO, GEO, content marketing, Google Business Profile, paid ads, social media marketing, and lead generation services are provided as professional optimisation and campaign management services. AUZ Studio does not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic amount, sales volume, lead count, approval by advertising platforms, or search engine result because these depend on competition, platform algorithms, client budget, website quality, market behaviour, and third-party rules.
The client dashboard is used for orders, payments, deliveries, revisions, projects, support messages, and profile management. Support chat is for general communication, while order chat is linked to the relevant order. Clients should not share passwords, sensitive payment card details, or private access details inside general chat unless a secure method has been agreed.
AUZ Studio may refuse, suspend, or cancel work that is illegal, misleading, abusive, harmful, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe, spam-related, adult or extremist in nature, infringes intellectual property rights, violates platform rules, or is outside AUZ Studio professional standards. The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of content used in their business, website, ads, and marketing materials.
After full payment and project completion, the client receives the agreed final deliverables for their business use. Drafts, unused concepts, internal processes, templates, source methods, and rejected versions remain AUZ Studio working material unless transferred in writing. AUZ Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and AUZ Studio accepts that request.
AUZ Studio aims to provide reliable, professional service, but is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, business interruption, third-party platform failure, search engine changes, advertising account decisions, hosting outages, unauthorised client-side changes, or issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client. AUZ Studio liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, where permitted by applicable law.
AUZ Studio may update these terms when services, workflows, platforms, or legal requirements change. The version available on this page applies to new orders and ongoing services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
