Terms and Policies
This Privacy Policy explains how AUZ Studio collects, uses, protects, and manages information shared through our website, dashboard, projects, services, and support channels.
AUZ Studio may collect information that clients, visitors, developers, or business contacts provide directly. This may include name, email address, phone number, business name, country, industry, project requirements, service interests, package selections, order details, payment status, delivery notes, revision requests, support messages, uploaded files, profile pictures, and communication history.
For design, website development, WordPress, e-commerce, LMS, landing page, hosting, maintenance, marketing, SEO, social media, paid ads, and technical support services, we may process project briefs, brand assets, images, website content, login or access instructions, domain or hosting details, product information, campaign details, analytics information, business goals, and files required to complete the requested work.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, create accounts, approve dashboard access, prepare proposals, process orders, manage payments, deliver services, submit work, handle revisions, provide support, send project updates, maintain service records, improve workflows, and communicate about AUZ Studio services. We may also use project information to troubleshoot technical issues or maintain website, hosting, email, or marketing services requested by the client.
The AUZ Studio dashboard may store account information, orders, payments, deliveries, project status, support messages, order messages, revision notes, and notification records. Email notifications may be sent for actions such as order placement, payment updates, assignments, delivery submissions, approvals, revision requests, support messages, and project updates.
AUZ Studio may store payment status, order amount, invoice or receipt references, transaction notes, and billing-related information required for order management. Sensitive card information is not intended to be stored by AUZ Studio. Where payment gateways such as Stripe or banking channels are used, payment processing is handled according to the relevant provider's own privacy and security policies.
To deliver services, AUZ Studio may work with or access third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, SSL providers, email services, WordPress, Moodle or LMS platforms, payment gateways, Google services, analytics tools, advertising platforms, social media platforms, file storage services, and communication tools. Information shared with those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
AUZ Studio does not sell client personal information. Information may be shared only when required to deliver a requested service, work with authorised team members or developers, configure third-party tools, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, protect AUZ Studio systems, or when the client gives permission.
Clients may need to provide access to websites, hosting panels, domains, email accounts, admin panels, analytics, advertising accounts, or business platforms. Clients should provide access using secure methods wherever possible and remove access when it is no longer needed. AUZ Studio uses reasonable care to protect shared information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Project records, orders, invoices, messages, files, and support history may be retained for business, legal, accounting, service continuity, dispute resolution, and client support purposes. If a client wants certain data removed, they may contact AUZ Studio, and the request will be reviewed subject to legal, accounting, security, and operational requirements.
Clients may request correction of inaccurate account or project information. They may also request access to certain information associated with their account or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, tax, security, or contractual reasons.
Completed projects may be displayed in the AUZ Studio portfolio, case studies, or marketing material unless confidentiality has been requested in writing and accepted by AUZ Studio. Public websites, social media pages, ads, published content, and public business profiles are generally visible to the public once launched or published.
AUZ Studio may update this Privacy Policy when services, technology, dashboard features, third-party tools, or legal requirements change. The current version available on this page applies to use of AUZ Studio website, dashboard, and services.
