Refund Policy

This policy explains refund handling for AUZ Studio projects and services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on the project stage, completed work, approved milestones, and agreed scope. Each request is reviewed based on the work already completed.

Non-Refundable Items

Payments for completed work, delivered files, approved milestones, purchased tools, hosting, domains, licenses, or third-party services are generally non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

If a refund is approved, completed work, planning time, administrative effort, and related costs may be deducted before any refund amount is calculated.

Refund Review

Refund requests should be submitted in writing. AUZ Studio will review the project status and respond with the available options.
