Terms and Policies
This Refund Policy explains how AUZ Studio reviews refund requests for design, development, hosting, maintenance, marketing, and support services.
Refunds are reviewed according to the project stage, selected package, written scope, completed work, approved milestones, delivered files, time spent, third-party costs, and the reason for the request. A refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund. AUZ Studio reviews each request fairly based on the service record and work already completed.
If payment has been made but work has not started, resources have not been reserved, and no third-party costs have been incurred, a refund may be considered. Payment gateway fees, bank charges, administrative costs, consultation time, project setup, or non-recoverable charges may be deducted from any approved amount.
Payments transferred to AUZ Studio by bank transfer are non-refundable where the client is outside Pakistan. Because AUZ Studio is based in Pakistan, outbound international refund transfers from Pakistan may be restricted or unavailable through local banking channels and State Bank of Pakistan requirements. For international clients who pay by bank transfer, AUZ Studio may offer service credit, project adjustment, revised deliverables, or other mutually agreed alternatives instead of a cash refund.
If work has started, any approved refund may be partial. AUZ Studio may deduct completed work, planning, strategy, research, design drafts, development time, configuration, testing, support time, communication, administration, and any third-party or non-recoverable costs. The remaining balance, if any, may be refunded or credited depending on the agreement.
Completed work, approved milestones, delivered files, accepted designs, completed website pages, configured websites, custom code, uploaded content, completed support tasks, emergency fixes, migration work, SEO setup, marketing setup, campaign management, and consultation time are generally non-refundable. Work that has already been delivered or approved is treated as completed service value.
For logo design, business card design, letterhead design, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, website design, and social media design, refunds are not normally available after concepts, drafts, revisions, or final files have been prepared or delivered. If a partial refund is approved, the value of creative time and completed concepts will be deducted.
For business websites, WordPress websites, e-commerce websites, learning management systems, landing pages, and custom websites, refunds depend on the development stage. Discovery, planning, design, setup, coding, theme customisation, plugin configuration, integrations, testing, content placement, and deployment work may be deducted from any eligible refund. Custom work is often not reusable and may be non-refundable once started.
Domains, hosting, SSL certificates, business email services, server resources, premium themes, plugins, licenses, stock assets, external tools, payment gateway charges, and other third-party purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased, registered, activated, configured, or used. These costs may be billed separately or deducted from any refund eligibility.
Maintenance plans, backup management, security monitoring, bug fixing, speed optimisation, hosting support, email support, and monthly care plans are usually billed for the active service period. Fees for completed support, monitoring, updates, emergency work, or the current active billing period are generally non-refundable.
SEO, GEO, Google Business Profile, content marketing, social media marketing, paid ads, and lead generation services involve research, setup, optimisation, reporting, and campaign management. Refunds are not based on guaranteed rankings, traffic, sales, leads, or ad approvals because results depend on third-party platforms, competition, budget, market behaviour, and algorithms. Advertising spend paid to platforms is non-refundable through AUZ Studio.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, AUZ Studio may first offer corrections or revisions according to the selected package and project agreement. A refund may not be available where the issue can reasonably be corrected within scope. Revision requests should clearly state what needs to be changed or edited.
If a refund is approved, the method and timing may depend on the original payment method, bank processing time, payment gateway rules, currency conversion, account verification, and applicable banking limitations. AUZ Studio may issue a refund, partial refund, credit, or adjustment depending on the reviewed case and written agreement. Bank transfer payments from international clients remain subject to the non-refundable bank transfer rule above.
Refund requests should be submitted in writing through the dashboard, support chat, order chat, or official AUZ Studio email. The request should include the order number, service name, payment reference if available, reason for refund, and any supporting details. AUZ Studio will review the request and respond with available options.
False claims, misuse of delivered work, refusal to cooperate, unauthorised chargebacks after receiving work, or attempts to obtain completed work without payment may result in account restriction, project suspension, legal action, or refusal of future service. Clients should contact AUZ Studio first so the matter can be reviewed properly.
